Emmanuel, God with Us

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.  John 1:14

In the Old Testament God the Father spoke through kings, priests, prophets, musicians, and various other men and women of faith concerning His Son who was to come.  He spoke concerning: His Son’s birthplace, how He would grow up, attributes of His character, the works He would accomplish, as well as His death, burial, and resurrection.  I believe God our Father wanted there to be no mistake who His Son is.  In John 1:14 John writes that they saw the fulfillment of God’s word become flesh and they beheld the glory of God’s Son, Jesus Christ.  The evidence is clear concerning Jesus, God’s Son, our Lord and Savior.  He is God.
